This study explores the utility of informative self-disclosure use from the perspectives of adults who stutter with experience using this strategy over time and across contexts.

This study explores the prevalence of four symptoms of obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) in individuals with and without stuttering.
Evaluating The Effectiveness of Speech-Language Pathology Interventions for Autistic Children and Youth August 16th, 2022 Speech-language pathologists (SLPs) play a crucial role in the delivery of support services for autistic children and youth by improving outcomes such as language, communication and social interaction. However, a recent systematic review of assessment and intervention practices found a paucity of clinical guideline documents aiding SLPs in the provision of services to autistic individuals (Choi, Cardy & Binns, submitted). Our project aims to support the development of a guidance document that uses a co-production model approach to best meet the needs of autistic persons.
The Impact of Ethnicity Within the Field of Speech-Language Pathology August 16th, 2022 The estimated racial/ethnic diversity within the field of speech-language pathology is considered to be less than 10% despite population trends predicting that over half of the United States’ population will be identified as a racial/ethnic minority by 2044 (Projections of the Size and Composition of the U.S. Population: 2014 to 2060, 2014). The limited diversity is likely to be coupled with inclusion and equity barriers in higher education (i.e., barriers related to financial and educational demographics, graduate school preparedness/support, etc.).
